Jordan Spence
Office Manager/Paralegal
Jordan Spence graduated from Central Pennsylvania College in Summerdale, PA with her Associates Degree in Legal Studies in May of 2008 and with her Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies in May 2014.
Jordan has over ten years of legal experience and joined Dubo Law in August of 2019. As the team grew, she was promoted to the role of Paralegal/Office Manager. Within that role, Jordan handles the day-to-day operations, accounts receivable, opening and closing files, as well as maintaining office finances and helping to keep the Dubo Law team organized.
Outside of work Jordan enjoys spending time with friends and family. She also loves cheering on her daughter’s soccer team and going to as many hockey games as she can.
Makenzie Hausner
Paralegal
As a Baltimore County resident, Makenzie is a first generation 2021 Legal Studies graduate from the University of Baltimore.
During her time at the University of Baltimore, Makenzie served as a board member on multiple leadership organizations, maintained an internship with the Baltimore City Public School Office of Legal Counsel, and graduated with high honors. Currently, she is completing her Master of Business Administration at the University of Baltimore.
Within the role of a Paralegal, Makenzie is an integral part of the Dubo Law team. Makenzie guides clients through the process of their claim, handles PIP, Medpay, and Liability claims, and manages client files.
Raised in Maryland, Makenzie grew up playing competitive soccer and is the eldest of five siblings. She is also a huge Baltimore Ravens and Washington Capitals fan!
Mary Beach
Paralegal
Mary has been in the legal field for over 8 years. She graduated from Harford Community College in 2017 with an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies. She is continuing her education at Liberty University for a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. Mary has experience as a paralegal in medical malpractice, criminal law and personal injury.
Mary was born in New York but raised in Maryland. She currently resides in Harford County. Outside of work you can find her on the side lines of her son’s soccer games or out for a hike with her family and dog. She is also an avid Buffalo Bills fan.
Jodi Bogan
Paralegal
Introducing Jodi Bogen, one of our newest additions to the Dubo Law team! Jodi’s journey into the legal industry is rooted in her fascination with the field’s complexities. Choosing personal injury law, she is driven by a commitment to protect clients’ rights and offer assistance during challenging times. Her passion for justice and dedication to helping others make her a valuable asset to our team.
In her brief time at Dubo Law, Jodi has already found immense pride and fulfillment in the warm and professional welcome extended by her colleagues. Grateful for the exceptional team spirit, she highlights the commitment of Neil and Jordan to both clients and staff, creating a work environment where everyone is valued. Joining a team so passionate about their work has been a rewarding experience for Jodi.
Beyond her legal pursuits, Jodi is a devoted mom to two amazing girls. Whether playing Roblox, reading with her little one, or cheering on the Terps and shopping with the oldest, she embraces the balance between professional life and personal passions. Jodi finds solace in true crime books, gym sessions, and binge-watching her favorite legal series, “Law & Order SVU,” on the weekends.
Sebrina Sefa
Legal Assistant
Sebrina graduated from Frostburg State University in 2019 with her bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Law & Society with a concentration in Legal Studies, and a minor in Philosophy.
Within the role of Legal Assistant Sebrina provides administrative and logistical support to attorneys and paralegals as well as managing the phone lines.
Sebrina resides in Harford County with her dog Rosalie!
