We Are Here for You
As we all deal with the unprecedented threat and disruption posed by COVID-19, I wanted to take this opportunity to provide our clients and friends with some updates and information, both as to Dubo Law and our operations, and also with regard to our community in general.
At Dubo Law, there is no higher priority than the safety and well-being of our clients, staff and their families. As such, all of our employees have been working remotely and will continue to do so until this crisis has abated. We are fully prepared for this situation and all of our staff have the resources and ability to continue providing first class service to all of our clients from the safety of their homes.
We are all available via phone or e-mail as per usual, so in that sense nothing will change. We are fully operational and if you were injured in a car accident, trip and fall, dog bite or believe you have a potential malpractice case that you would like to discuss with an attorney, we would be more than happy to schedule a telephone call or video meeting to discuss that with you.
As with any of our other initial consultations, there is no charge and you will never have to pay us unless we obtain a recovery on your behalf. So if you need an experienced personal injury lawyer with a proven track record, call us at (443) 275-6345 and let us fight to make sure you are compensated for your physical injuries, lost wages, and pain and suffering.
We continue to provide first class personal injury legal services in Baltimore County, Baltimore City and throughout the state of Maryland and not even the current crisis or the closing of the Courts has prevented us from fighting for our clients, including negotiating some very favorable settlements that will provide some of our clients with much needed extra money.
We have even been able to file personal injury lawsuits on behalf of clients even though the courts are closed to ensure that the insurance companies know that our clients will not accept “lowball” settlement offers on insurance claims for their car crashes and slip and fall injuries. Every challenge presents an opportunity and this one is no different.
We know these are very difficult times for everyone. The uncertainty only adds to the stress as nobody knows exactly when things will go back to something even resembling normal and, more importantly, what that will look like. The best advice I can give is to continue following the recommendations of the medical experts and state and local officials.
There is nothing more important than the safety and health of our family and friends and heeding the advice of the experts will help ensure a better health care outcome for the vast majority of people. And a special shout out to our health care workers who are battling on the front lines against this pandemic. They put themselves in harms way every day to protect the rest of us and it is impossible to even put into words how appreciative and grateful we are to them for their commitment and sacrifice. They are the true heroes of this story.
So stay informed, practice good hygiene and please also remember to remain kind and considerate. Everyone else is experiencing the same stress and anxiety we are and a little kindness and compassion goes a long way towards helping us through this collectively.
Stay safe and our best wishes to you and your loved ones. And if you need any legal advice or help, contact us and we will do our best to help you, as we always do.
